Inspection of Tanks, Rail and Road Tankers, and Sea- and River-Going Vessels

To control the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing product, every cargo operation must be accompanied by an independent inspection, which involves measuring the cargo quantity before and after the operation (loading, discharge) and may include sampling and laboratory analysis of the collected samples.

TYPES OF INSPECTIONS

Using special certified equipment, our personnel can inspect cargo held directly in underground and above-ground storage facilities, in vehicles, and on vessels, to confirm the cargo's integrity in both quantity and quality.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises between parties regarding the quantity or quality of cargo at any stage of transport or storage, a certificate from an independent inspection company containing the measurement results can be used in proceedings as evidence of the presence or absence of losses or quality deterioration.

QUALITY COMPLIANCE STANDARD

In accordance with Federal Law No. FZ-102 on ensuring the uniformity of measurements, all independent-inspection procedures are carried out under specially developed and certified measurement methods that take into account the requirements of national standard GOST 8.587-2019 and the internationally recognized API MPMS standard.

In our work we use only measuring equipment that meets all industry standards, from manufacturers such as Hartwig Instruments (Netherlands), TermoProbe (USA) and others, which undergoes timely verification within the periods established by law.
