Quality Audit

The purpose of quality audits is to establish whether the necessary conditions are in place to ensure consistent quality and output volumes of manufactured products. The quality audit is carried out on-site at the production facility, combining a walkthrough tour with a review of documentation.

Depending on the results of the assessment and the presence of one or more non-conformities, the audited organisation must carry out corrective actions according to a plan and within timeframes agreed with the auditor.

These audits help verify and identify weaknesses in the assessment of production facilities, incoming and receiving inspection, production lines, as well as laboratories and warehouse premises.

These types of audits can be carried out either using the client's own internal checklist or the BV FA PAS checklist developed by Bureau Veritas, which matches international standards in scope but is more intuitive and easier for clients to understand.

Bureau Veritas is also proud of its geographic coverage for this type of audit, which extends well beyond Russia to include Uzbekistan, China, India, and other countries.
