What are manufacturing inspection?
Manufacturing inspection is an independent, third-party quality control program covering the manufacturing process of a product. Quality control may include document review, verification of the availability of required certificates, visual inspection, various non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, and witnessing or supervision during production or functional testing. The purpose of manufacturing quality control inspection is to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered in strict compliance with the standards, specifications and other documents specified in the contract or supply annex.

OUR APPROACH
Bureau Veritas carries out manufacturing inspections worldwide. These can be performed for compliance with codes, statutory requirements, standards, or any other requirements. The choice of these requirements is made by the client. They can be national requirements, such as GOST or TU, or international ones, such as ASME or API.
Full-cycle manufacturing inspections include incoming inspection, document review, in-process inspection, and pre-shipment inspections. The completeness, scope and criteria of the inspection services are determined by the client.
