Construction Project Management
Construction project management is a set of services aimed at supporting a project through to its implementation within the boundaries of documentation, established deadlines, quality, budget, and other requirements. The BUREAU VERITAS project team provides advice on important matters throughout construction and carries out day-to-day project implementation work, thereby acting as the client's or investor's full technical representative on the project and freeing up their time to focus on more important strategic tasks. Over the years of providing construction services, BUREAU VERITAS has developed its own project management methodology.

- Review of design solutions;
- Obtaining approvals and permits;
- Performing construction supervision functions;
- Operation-by-operation monitoring of work performed and compliance with established quality standards (QA/QC);
- Verification of the volume and cost of completed work;
- Monitoring of the project schedule, analysis of delays, and forecasting of work progress;
- Pricing and cost control;
- Assistance with claims handling against the contractor;
- Compilation of as-built (execution) documentation, and management of facility handover.
