By accessing or using this website (hereinafter the "Site") of the Russian Bureau Veritas companies (hereinafter "Bureau Veritas"), you (hereinafter the "User") accept the following terms.
Use of the Site. By using the Site, the User undertakes not to commit:
- any transmission or disclosure through the Site of information that is unlawful, contrary to public order, or defamatory;
any actions that degrade the performance of the Site, unauthorized downloading, DDoS attacks, unlawful appropriation of the Site's information and content, attempts to circumvent or damage security measures, phishing, fraudulent intrusion into Bureau Veritas's infrastructure, etc.; - and, in general, any use of the Site that does not comply with these terms and/or that may harm its integrity or availability and/or the interests and exclusive rights of Bureau Veritas.
Availability: The Site operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, in the event of force majeure, slow connection speed, Site overload, or communication failures, access to the entire Site or parts of it may be slowed or interrupted. In addition, availability of the Site or uninterrupted access to it is not guaranteed during corrective or preventive maintenance of the Site.
Intellectual property: The Site and its content (source code, texts, images, photographs and graphics, data, information, architecture, software and databases, domain name, trademarks and logos) are protected by intellectual property laws, regulations and international conventions and belong to Bureau Veritas or are used with permission.
Under no circumstances does visiting the Site grant the User any right, license or permission to use its content. Accordingly, any full or partial reproduction, transmission, modification, distribution or use of the Site or any of its elements, on any medium, is strictly prohibited, except where prior written permission has been obtained from Bureau Veritas. Bureau Veritas reserves the right to change the content of the Site at any time without prior notice.

Liability: All information available through the Site is provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied. In addition, Bureau Veritas gives no guarantees regarding the relevance, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of the published information for the User's needs.
Responsibility for the use of information freely available on the Site rests solely with the User.
Bureau Veritas is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect (in particular, financial, commercial, or damage related to loss of programs or data), that may be caused to the User or a third party as a result of using the Site and the information it contains. Furthermore, Bureau Veritas is not liable for infection by viruses, malware or spam resulting from visiting the Site.
External websites to which the Site contains hyperlinks are not under the control of Bureau Veritas, and therefore Bureau Veritas is not responsible for their content.
Responsibility for their use rests solely with the User.
Dispute resolution and governing law: All disputes relating to the Site and its content shall be heard by Russian courts in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
