- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus is committed to ensuring the impartiality of management system certification by managing conflict-of-interest risks.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus has identified, analyzes and documents possible conflicts of interest arising in the course of certification, including conflicts arising from its relationships, in particular with the company Bureau Veritas Rus.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus does not carry out certification if relationships pose an unacceptable threat to impartiality.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus does not certify the management system certification activities of another certification body.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus does not offer or provide management system consulting.
Bureau Veritas Certification Rus does not offer or conduct internal audits for clients it has certified, and does not certify a management system whose internal audits it conducted, for two years after the completion of those internal audits. - Bureau Veritas Certification Rus guarantees that its activities are not presented in the market or offered as being linked with the activities of an organization providing management system consulting.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus does not state or imply that certification will be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive if a specified consulting organization is used.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus guarantees that individuals who provided management system consulting services are not involved in audits for two years after the completion of consulting for that client.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus will take action in response to any threats to impartiality arising from the actions of other persons, bodies or organizations.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus guarantees that all its personnel, as well as committees that may influence certification activities, will act impartially and will not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise their impartiality.
- Bureau Veritas Certification Rus will require all personnel to report situations known to them that may involve them or Bureau Veritas Certification Rus in a conflict of interest. Bureau Veritas Certification Rus will use this information as input in identifying threats to impartiality arising from the activities of such personnel, and will not involve such personnel in audits until they demonstrate that there is no conflict of interest.
